Policy for Customers Purchasing Insurance


If a customer purchased insurance coverage for their order and it was lost or damaged during shipment, then the customer can file a claim with USPS at the following link: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. Once refund from USPS is provided through insurance, customer has the option to get a replacement of their order for a $60 fee. Returns will not be accepted for damage caused by carrier during shipment.

Policy for Not Purchasing Insurance


If a customer does not purchase insurance with their item(s) if lost or damaged, then they only have the option to have a replacement sent to them for a $60 fee at their own expense. Returns will not be accepted for damage caused by carrier during shipment.
